The Brew: Eyewitness Confirms That U.S. Voting Machines Are Hackable Thanks to Venezuelan Software — and Were in 2020

The evidence has been emerging piece by piece that critical election software, from companies like the now-defunct Dominion Systems — which supposedly tabulated the votes in our 2020 presidential race — was compromised with software from a company founded in Venezuela, Smartmatic. That software, insiders allege, was used to steal elections for Venezuela’s leftist dictators, and later used to steal elections in many other countries, including the U.S.

Well-informed observers such as journalist Emerald Robinson, election integrity activist Patrick Byrnes, and others claim the President Trump’s attempt to bring down the narco-terrorist regime in Venezuela is largely motivated by his quest to prove election fraud, and stop it before the Left hijacks more races … such as the crucial 2026 midterms.

The Dallas Express has published an extraordinary document substantiating these alarming claims:

[A]n explosive letter addressed to President Donald Trump from Hugo Carvajal Barrios — the former Director of Military Intelligence for Venezuela and once one of the most powerful figures inside the governments of Hugo Chavez and Nicolas Maduro.

The letter, shared exclusively with DX by Carvajal’s attorney, Robert Feitel — a former senior Justice Department prosecutor — marks the first time the retired Major General has put these warnings on the record since pleading guilty earlier this year in a U.S. federal narco-terrorism case.

Carvajal — extradited from Spain after a lengthy international manhunt — says he is writing “to atone” and to alert Americans to what he describes as a coordinated, state-directed campaign targeting the United States….

Carvajal — widely known by his nickname “El Pollo” — spent years inside the top tiers of Venezuela’s security apparatus and dealt directly with the senior leadership of both Hugo Chavez and Nicolas Maduro.

Earlier this year, he pleaded guilty in federal court to charges stemming from a conspiracy that moved cocaine into the United States and provided support to Colombia’s FARC guerrillas. Prosecutors say at the center of the so-called Cartel de los Soles, a network of Venezuelan military officials accused of weaponizing cocaine and the drug trade against Americans.

There’s a lot in the letter about drug smuggling, cooperation with anti-American governments to steal American secrets, and other hostile acts against the U.S. For instance:

For twenty years, the Venezuelan regime sent spies into your country–many are still there, some disguised as members of the Venezuelan opposition. Cuban intelligence showed me their networks inside your naval bases on the East Coast. They bragged about having sent thousands of spies over decades, some now career politicians.

U.S. diplomats and CIA officers were paid to assist Chavez and Maduro in remaining in power. These Americans acted as spies for Cuba and Venezuela, and some remain active to this day.

Wouldn’t it be nice to know the names of those “career politicians”? LindellTV ran an enlightening segment unpacking Carvajal’s charges:

In a jaw-dropping new interview, @PatrickByrne says U.S. officials were bribed by the Venezuelan government and some are STILL in power:

I wonder if any of the “Seditious Six” members of Congress who called on the U.S. military to refuse Donald Trump’s orders, or those trying to remove Pete Hegseth as Secretary of the Department of War, have secret links to Caracas. We might only find out if the Venezuelan regime collapses — which might explain why certain congressmen and senators seem so panicked at the prospect. Carvajal’s testimony also sheds a disturbing light on the strange comment by Senator Mark Warner, suggesting that an anti-Trump coup might be in the cards. I know, I know, that sounds crazy. Go ahead and listen to the senator, and figure out what else he could possibly mean.

But the most crucial testimony Carvajal provides has to do with U.S. elections — which in many key swing states were controlled by Dominion Systems, using software it acquired from Smartmatic. Carvajal confesses:

Smartmatic was born as an electoral tool of the Venezuelan regime but soon derived into a tool to help keep the regime stay in power forever. I know this because I placed the head of IT of the National Electoral Council (CNE) in his position, and he reported directly to me. The Smartmatic system can be altered–this is a fact. This technology was later exported abroad, including to the United States. Regime operatives maintain relationships with election officials and voting-machine companies inside your country. I do not claim that every election is stolen, but I state with certainty that elections can be rigged with the software – and has been used to do so.

Did you know that U.S. voting machine companies “maintain relationships” with the Marxist government of Venezuela? Do you still think those electronic voting machines can ever be considered “safe”?

Former Special Counsel John Durham, former National Security Adviser John Bolton, former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and former CIA Director Gina Haspel dismissed or buried evidence that cast doubt on a foundational document of the Russigate hoax – the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) prepared in the waning days of the Obama administration.

Durham, who was appointed by Attorney General William Barr, stopped the declassification and release of key exculpatory evidence debunking the ICA on the eve of the 2020 election, which has not been reported previously.

William Barr and Mike Pompeo are Republicans, you will recall. But as I’ve been writing for years, there’s a large segment in the GOP that would rather see Democrats win than let Trump and his populist supporters take over the party. You’ll have spotted them at Dick Cheney’s funeral. I call them the Washington Generals, since they know it’s their job to lose gracefully to the Harlem Globetrotters, every single game.

Department of Justice Now Suing 14 States for Illegally Hiding Their Voter Rolls

But there’s absolutely nothing fishy about American elections. Democrats just want honest votes and total transparency — which is why 14 different U.S. states they run are refusing to comply with federal law by turning over their voter rolls, so the feds can see if illegal aliens, dead people, or made-up people are voting (or having votes cast on their behalf by voting machines whose software comes from Venezuela). Gateway Pundit reports:
