Dominion Voting Systems has been sold to KNOWiNK.
Dominion Voting Systems was sold and will be renamed as Liberty Vote, its new ownership announced on Thursday.
Dominion was sold to Scott Leiendecker, a former Republican director of elections for the city of St. Louis, Mo., who went on to found KNOWiNK — the largest provider of electronic poll books across the United States — and has testified before Congress about voting systems. He is the sole private owner of the newly created Liberty Vote; he privately financed it in a deal finalized in late September.
The sale brings the company under full American control. Dominion was headquartered in Canada.
The sale amount was not disclosed. Private equity firm Staple Street Capital bought three-quarters of Dominion in 2018 for $38 million.
After the 2020 Election, FOX News paid Dominion $787 million and Newsmax paid $67 million to Dominion when settling lawsuits with the company. These settlements puzzled election experts who knew that there were reported issues with the Dominion systems as reported by various entities, even the government.
In Georgia after the 2020 Election a court case called for an examination of the Dominion system used in the state in the election. A Michigan professor by the name of Halderman performed a review that was kept hidden from the public by an Obama judge overseeing the case.
Eventually, the CISA reported on the findings of Dr. Halderman nearly two years after the 2020 Election. The Dominion systems used in the election of 2020 were found to not be secure, allowing a bad actor to hack into them, and providing an avenue to change election results.
Some time later, Dr. Halderman’s report was released and it said the same thing.
But that wasn’t everything. We then uncovered in 2022 the systems that were used in elections.
BPro has a shady history – from its creation to its proliferation across the country. It is being used to perform tasks in our elections that as noted previously appear to be in blatant violation of state and federal law, and even in violation of the contracts BPro has made with its clients.
BPro/KNOWiNK are now controlling electronic poll pads, voter registration databases, election night reporting, and even processing of official election results in a majority of US states.
We also learned that these systems allow election staff to override election results.

These systems are not secure, allow bad actors to access them, allow results to be changed (Dominion) are merging with systems that provide ballot printing on demand, election night up to date reporting, access to voter rolls and they produce the poll pads. With the merger of Dominion and KNOWiNK, politicians like Newsome or Letitia James or Adam Schiff will be the norm.
The merger of Dominion (Liberty Vote) and KNOWiNK is scary.
