These days, the authors are frequently asked whether President Trump will be entering an Executive Order Declaring that there is an Election Emergency. It seems that few are aware that the President already did this.
In his first term, on September 12, 2018, President Trump signed an Executive Order pursuant to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) “to deal with the unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States constituted by the threat of foreign interference in or undermining public confidence in United States elections.”
Last week, on August 31, 2026, President Trump signed an Executive Order which extended the 2018 Executive Order: “Continuation of the National Emergency with Respect to Foreign Interference in or Undermining Public Confidence in the United States Elections.” It reads in part:
Foreign powers have historically sought to exploit America’s free and open political system. In recent years, the proliferation of digital devices and internet-based communications has created significant vulnerabilities and magnified the scope and intensity of the threat of foreign interference. The ability of persons located, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States to interfere in or undermine public confidence in United States elections, including through the unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure or the covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation, continues to pose an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States. For this reason, the national emergency declared on September 12, 2018, must continue in effect beyond September 12, 2026. Therefore, in accordance with section 202(d) of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622(d)), I am continuing for 1 year the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13848 with respect to the threat of foreign interference in or undermining public confidence in United States elections.
The White House quietly filed in the Federal Register the extension of the National Security Emergency Declaration to preserve election integrity, without the fanfare of a White House Press Office statement. However, fanfare or not, President Trump has invoked the powers of the presidency that are likely to withstand the howls of the Democratic Party and their socialist controllers, boosted by a leftist-controlled media.
All around America, we are encountering election fraud on just about every level imaginable. We now know that non-citizens are automatically given permission to vote by DMVs of some states. We know of ballot harvesting and ballot stuffing. We have seen that dead people have voted, but the worst of all of the cheating is being done by the crooked tabulators, where foreign adversaries are able to manipulate the election results and take over our country. We have seen phone chips, similar to the ones in our cell phones, on the motherboards of tabulators made by ES&S, and we now have evidence that Dominion election equipment was accessed by Dominion employees and others who can intervene and change the count of the elections through their WINeds programs.
Yet, every time President Trump has attempted to secure election integrity, he has been met by the fake outcries of Globalists in the guise of Democrats in the party which they overtook, claiming voter suppression because, according to them, Black and Hispanic citizens are not smart enough to get legitimate government IDs proving citizenship. Their audacity is beyond bounds.
Just last week, we saw another federal judge usurp the authority to extend her District Court jurisdiction nationally. Only three days after the Supreme Court lifted an injunction issued by Obama-appointed U.S. District Court Judge Indira Talwani in Boston, Talwani reissued a 14-day temporary restraining order, once again blocking President Trump from enforcing Executive Order No. 14399, 91 Fed. Reg. 17125 (2026) that would require the U.S. Postal Service to deliver mail-in ballots in the upcoming midterm elections only to lists of U.S. citizens provided by the Social Security Administration (SSA), in conjunction with the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) program. Almost immediately, the Trump administration appealed Judge Talwani’s temporary restraining order. Yet, on Monday, August 31, 2026, “activist judge Talwani” denied motions by the Justice Department and the U.S. Postal Service to undo her 14-day temporary restraining order.
On July 16, 2026, President Trump in an address to the nation made clear the Chinese have directly interfered in our elections:
Members of the Deep State in our intelligence agencies worked to actively suppress and downplay information about the extent of China’s sinister election meddling—covering it up from both the President and the American People. U.S. spy agencies began learning about the compromise of voter registration files in 2020, when they discovered that tens of millions of voters’ data in 18 states had been bought, stolen, or hacked by China. Yet those responsible for sounding the alarm instead kept the information hidden.
In that address, President Trump also said a DHS review identified about 278,000 non-citizens registered to vote in federal elections. President Trump concluded:
Put together, these disclosures reveal an election system so broken and vulnerable that no one can possibly defend it. Hundreds of millions of U.S. voter files are in the hands of foreign governments, our machines and ballot-counting systems are in the hands of foreign governments, our machines and ballot-counting systems are exposed to hacking and manipulation, China and other countries have been trying to meddle in our elections, evidence of fraud has been buried, hundreds of thousands of non-citizens and dead people are listed and active on the voter rolls—and yet, we still have elections with no Voter I.D., no Proof of Citizenship, and tens of millions of ballots floating aimlessly through the mail.
The bottom line is that we are now in a State of Belligerence with an enemy, China, which has no reluctance to cheat in elections. If China were to invade our country with soldiers and weaponry, we would know exactly what to do. The emergency would be obvious. Instead, China is invading the United States by surreptitiously inserting foreign controls into our elections and deciding what our voters are supposed to be deciding.
On August 16, 2026, Attorney General Todd Blanche announced that the Department of Justice (DOJ) had filed lawsuits against 31 states for refusing to turn over their state voter rolls for inspection before the 2026 midterm elections. While the Constitution delegates the management of federal elections to state legislatures, it does not give states the right to violate numerous federal laws (e.g., 18 U.S.C. §611, which limit the right to vote in federal elections to U.S. citizens).
We have used the law before to curtail the advent of Communism taking our country from us. Back in the 1950s, we had an anti-Communist campaign by Senator Joseph R. McCarthy. Viewed by the press as a reckless bully, McCarthy was censured by the U.S. Senate, demonized for exploiting the post-war “Red Scare,” and died at the age of 48 at Bethesda Naval Hospital on May 2, 1957, after struggling unsuccessfully with alcoholism. The haunting reality remains that McCarthy turned out to be right about his concern that Communists would subvert U.S. institutions such as the family, remove God from the public square, intensify America’s racial conflicts, and portray the USA as a nation founded by slave holders determined to retain their social and economic privileges despite the Civil War-era Thirteenth and Fourteenth Amendments freeing enslaved people.
At this juncture, the Democrat Party has been overtaken by the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), which was founded in 1982. As a result, the Communists and radical Islamic Jihadists are leading the once great Democratic Party into oblivion. With Abdul El-Sayed winning the Democratic nomination for Senate in Michigan. Antisemitic cries resound through Globalist enclaves across America. Ilhan Omar is under Department of Justice scrutiny, and the “Green New Deal” advocate Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez rivals Kamala Harris for the 2028 Democratic Party presidential nomination. The Brookings Institute has identified 282 candidates for state and local elections endorsed by local DSA chapters. The DSA’s political agenda goes beyond an unholy alliance between Marxism and radical Islam. It is a wonder if any DSA anti-American haters could take an oath to “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.” What we see and hear in their campaigns are proposals to eliminate the Senate, abolish the Electoral College, pack the Supreme Court, and rewrite the Constitution.
The end result is that not only are we in a State of Belligerence with China, but we are also in a State of Insurgency from the radical left enemies within our gates.
We are not stupid. We know the fix was in in the 2020 Presidential Election. No state had ever previously stopped the counting of ballots once the count started. In 2020, we saw 4 swing states in which Donald Trump was leading stop their counts. Then, in the morning, we saw graphs with lines straight vertical up. This was impossible. Even if it took only an instant to count a vote, and the next instant for the next Ballot, the graph of the count would need to have a horizontal aspect from left to right. The graphs of each of the swing states in question, though, were straight up, which is impossible, not just a statistical impossibility. It is a physical impossibility. As the graph shows that such a high number of votes were counted in the same instant, that could be achieved only through a dump of data.
The Silent Majority needs to wake up and smell the coffee. Many of our base are thinking that the worst which could come from a loss in the Midterms would be that Congress would get tied up in impeachment proceedings and Donald Trump would be stifled and become a “lame duck.” This is missing the point. The Left have a 2030 Agenda and they cannot permit Donald Trump to undue all they have started. They are committed to reverse all of the carbon emissions, to start to hold our MAGA people accountable for imaginary crimes, and to re-open our borders.
We have 22 Republican Senators running for re-election. The machines can determine the outcome of each of those elections. Should the Globalists have the gall to flip enough senatorial seats from red to blue, they will be able to not only impeach in the House, but the Senate will be able to remove all who were impeached.
On January 5, 2027, the next Congress will be sworn in and take their seats in both chambers. The nightmare scenario is that a Democrat controlled House and Senate would use some pretext under which to impeach and remove from office both President Trump and Vice President Vance. In that eventuality, the Speaker of the House, Hakeem Jeffries, would become our next president.
Although we have an Executive Order which declares an Election Emergency, we need more.
We now need an Executive Order which directs the states how to conduct our election which is less than 2 months away.
The point is that we cannot use the machines unless hand counting occurs immediately thereafter. In fact, this is the IngenuS program which Tina Peters is promoting. See it on TinaPeters.us.
Now that we have the emergency declared, President Trump does not need to worry about a reversal in the House and Senate. The Supreme Court, in INS v. Chadha, 462 U.S. 919 (1983), required a two-thirds vote of each, the House and the Senate to end a presidential declaration of a national emergency. Despite congressional attempts to cancel a presidential national emergency declaration with a majority vote of both chambers, a two-thirds vote of both is still required. As pointed out by See the Project on Government Oversight, “in March 2019, the Senate voted on a bipartisan basis to end then-President Donald Trump’s controversial emergency declaration on the U.S. Mexico border. However, that vote failed to override the president’s first veto, and the emergency remained in effect throughout his term and ended in 2021.”
Although the machines could come into play, it is more vital than ever that the Silent Majority comes out to vote. Our base must give consideration to this need. To fail to vote is tantamount to giving our country over to the Communists who have grown in number, prestige, capabilities, and extremes with no Joseph McCarthy or anyone else to curtail their emergence in our schools, our media, our social media, our big business, and even our churches. We finally have a President who sees what is happening and who needs our help, our votes.
In the final analysis, the Constitution conveyed upon the president the powers of commander-in-chief for times such as these. When the alternative is the loss of the Republic,
President Trump has become our last line of defense, if the nation is to experience election integrity ever again.
Think about it. We either need directions to the states to be proclaimed pursuant to the Executive Order of August 31, 2026, or we may need martial law after. That is, unless you fail to vote, in which case, we will lose America.
