On Friday, I laid out the background to the war our Deep State provoked in Ukraine. That started with broken U.S. promises to Russia and the push to extend NATO right up to Russia’s borders. In 2013, our CIA staged a coup in Ukraine and took de facto control of its government. Then Obama officials floated the prospect of Ukraine joining our military alliance. This was exactly parallel to the USSR putting nuclear missiles in Cuba, and Vladimir Putin’s reaction wasn’t much different from John F. Kennedy’s: He called in the military.

A million dead or wounded European Christians and trillions of dollars later, after several close brushes with World War III, we see a futile stalemate that Ukraine cannot break short of American boots on the ground.

None of this need have happened. This blood-soaked misery ensued because our elites decided to seize on Russia as the universal scapegoat. Russia’s the reason that populist candidates get elected in Europe instead of the open-borders, LGBTQ activist, pro-abortion “moderates” the European Union wants to install. Russia’s the only explanation for Donald Trump beating Hillary Clinton. Russian collusion would be the pretext for trying to remove him from office, and “Russian asset” was the smear the Left and the neocons hurled at their leading critics.

No wonder President Donald Trump feels comfortable talking to Vladimir Putin. They’ve both been targeted by the exact same credentialed conspirators who operate in secret via linked intelligence agencies while flooding cooperative media with agitprop. Putin got a taste of our unhinged, grandstanding journalists at the summit on Friday, and he seemed actually flummoxed — unable to believe that these were functioning adults.

Perhaps the most telling moment came when Putin said candidly that the hijacked 2020 election that put Joe Biden in office made the Ukraine war unavoidable:

The Conservative Treehouse raises and answers a crucial question: Why did Trump decide on the past few weeks to release all the detailed conspiracies our Deep State used to smear him as a Russian puppet? The answer: to clear the air, to unmask the lies of the leading advocates for U.S. intervention in Ukraine.

While it may be frustrating to many people to realize most of the Russiagate declassification and releases of information are not intended to generate indictments or legal accountability, on the strategic upside the view of the public toward the U.S. Intelligence Community propaganda provides major breathing room for a U.S-Russia reset.

Arguably, the Russiagate releases can be looked upon as intentionally strategic, or just surreptitiously timed.

The opposition to this discussion, meeting, peace effort, and potential strategic realignment includes: The CIA, NATO, the U.K, British intelligence (GCHQ), Five-Eyes, the European Union, China, BRICS, Ukraine, World Bank, Wall Street, the military industrial complex, Blackrock and global leftists.

If President Trump and President Putin can overcome all those in opposition to their unity and still form a strategic alliance, the entire world changes. This cannot be overstated.

The summit didn’t end the war. No one expected it to. But Trump’s bold decision to pursue direct peace talks with Russia and not give Ukrainian president and Deep State puppet Volodmyr Zelenskyy a veto over the outcome is extremely hopeful. The U.S. must pursue its national interests, and Trump will pursue a decent peace without kow-towing to weak western European leaders who’ve thrown open their borders and censored their media.

Expect to hear incessant claims that Trump is acting like Neville Chamberlain in 1938, handing over Czechoslovakia to Hitler. Keep in mind that the same kind of people saying that are calling ICE agents “Nazis.”

Is Britain Any Freer Than Russia?

We report here regularly on the death of free speech in Britain, with hundreds of citizens facing prison terms for objecting to mass Muslim colonization in the form of “refugees” welcomed by the Labour government that relies on Muslim votes. Vice President J.D. Vance has spoken eloquently against such political censorship by our ostensibly democratic Western allies. Last week, Vance met with U.K. opposition leader Nigel Farage to address the threats to free expression in Britain — especially the Online Safety Act which is already strangling political dissent online within that country’s borders.

Good Samaritans Who Stopped Naked Deviant on London Subway Now Hunted by the Government

Shall we conduct a wellness check on Great Britain? Revolver News reports:

Passengers who tackled a deranged, naked man on the Tube are now being hunted by police for “assault.”

Think about this lunacy – these were everyday people who stepped up when no one else would. They likely saved innocent people, including families with children, from God-knows-what horrors awaited them, only to now be treated like the criminals themselves. Hunted. Looked for. Treated like the bad guys.

According to reports, the chaos unfolded last Friday. Witnesses say a man wearing headphones and a white T-shirt suddenly dropped his britches in the middle of a packed carriage, exposing himself as families with children looked on in horror.

There were zero signs of help from authorities, so several male passengers intervened and wrestled the pervert to the ground and then forced him off the train.

But instead of celebrating these men for protecting others, British Transport Police launched an investigation into them.

When we talk here about anarcho-tyranny, this is the kind of government policy we mean — punishing ordinary citizens for exercising their rights but swooping in to protect hostile foreigners, lunatics, and deviants. The goal? To break the citizenry and reduce them to a state of docile learned helplessness.

But really, things can’t be that bad in Merrie Old England, can they? Well, try to report documented historical facts about the biography of Muhammad and see what happens — and whose side the British police take.

Is Europe Doomed? Not Necessarily

Meanwhile, the European Conservative reports on a very hopeful trend all across the continent: a groundswell of support for patriotic political parties, despite government censors’ and spies’ best efforts to suppress them:

According to recent polls, parties such as VOX in Spain, Alternative fur Deutschland (AfD) in Germany, Freiheitliche Partei Osterreichs (FPO) in Austria, Rassemblement National (RN) in France, and Reform UK in Britain are topping voter preferences, both overall and, most significantly, among younger voters.

What is driving this? First and foremost, mass, uncontrolled immigration has set off a Europe-wide revolt. Fears of cultural loss and EU overreach are driving calls to take back sovereignty and close the borders. Rising crime, growing lack of safety in once peaceful neighborhoods, and an increase in offences such as sexual assaults have deeply resonated with an electorate that finds no effective responses from traditional parties.

Economic and demographic factors add to this discontent. Since the 2008 financial crisis and its aftermath, Europe has been plagued by uncertainty: inflation, loss of purchasing power, unaffordable housing, job insecurity, and a future that makes it difficult to start a family or secure one’s prospects. Many citizens feel they have no control over their own destiny and that political elites remain detached from their real problems.

With no strong leaders and the old guard running on fumes, these movements are filling the gap.

The MAGA Movement Is Splitting Over Israel

CBN reports on the growing divide among Trump supporters over how far the U.S. should back the policies of the current Israeli government:

America’s support for Israel has always been strong. While it still is, some far-right high-profile influencers have taken a hard turn against the Jewish State.

“Everything they’re doing is demonic,” podcaster Candace Owens recently said. “I want nothing to do with it. I will never support Israel into the future after what they’ve done to these children, the starvation campaign. I don’t care.”

Others like Steve Bannon and Tucker Carlson want America out of Israel’s affairs. Marjorie Taylor Greene, one of MAGA’s biggest voices in Congress, has called what’s happening in Gaza “genocide.”

Poll numbers also seem to suggest a slight drop in Israeli support among the GOP. Fifteen years ago in 2010, Republican support for Israel stood at 85 percent. Today it’s still strong, yet down to 75 percent. The more alarming statistic among Republicans today is that 37 percent have a negative view of the Jewish State. That’s up 10 percent from just 2022 when it was 27 percent.

It would be in Israel’s best interests to moderate the ambitions of its far-right, expansionist faction — now a key part of Benjamin Netanyahu’s fragile coalition — and make more efforts to mollify Christian opinion in America. A good start would be reining in aggressive settlers who attack Christian residents. Israel’s enemies feed on such incidents, which distract from the infinitely more appalling treatment of Christians in most of the Muslim countries on Earth.

Intercessors for America offers a pertinent prayer: “Lord, we ask You to open the eyes of every American. Let them see Israel and the Jewish people as You do, and let our leaders continue to bless Your chosen nation!”

Amen.
