The Messaging and Media section of the Election Industrial Complex includes 60 entities with 7 being connected to George Soros.

One year ago, on May 3, 2024 we identified the Election Industrial Complex.  We gave this name to the inventory of entities structured by the Deep State to manage the outcomes of US elections.  This inventory of interconnected entities was identified in a report from Higher Grounds Labs.

Here is our report.

BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: The Left’s ELECTION INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX Discovered and Defined

We soon reached the conclusion that this Election Industrial Complex operated like a 5th Generation Weapons system.

Using AI we took the Election Industrial Complex and analyzed the makeup of the entities involved.  The overall inventory of entities was too large so we had to break it down into subsections described in the Higher Grounds Lab report.

Below is a list of the Messaging and Media entities listed in the Higher Grounds Lab report we refer to as the Election Industrial Complex.

Using AI from GROC we analyzed these entities and connections.  We started with the above image of the 2022 Political Tech Landscape Report from Higher Ground Labs, specifically the “Messaging & Media” category.
GROC responded as follows:
To determine the number of entities listed, I will count the distinct organizations or tools represented by their logos or names in this section.
Here’s the count based on the visible entities:
  • Creative Asset Development: FlipGrid, 270 Strategies, SmartShoot, Collective Agency, Political Humans Agency, SpeakEasy Political, Greenfly, Movable Ink, Creative Change (9 entities)
  • Message Development: Swayable, Avalanche, Grow Progress, The Analyst Institute, Civis (5 entities)
  • Paid Media:
    • TV Targeting: The Trade Desk, Axiom, Amperstand, Avalanche (4 entities)
    • Digital Ad Targeting: Swayable, DSPolitical, IQR Media, PredictWise, Xandr, NGP VAN (6 entities)
    • TV Buying: FourthWall, Strizza (2 entities)
  • Content Testing & Optimization: Swayable, Grow Progress, Optimizely, Poli-Site, Trend, Clipbook, OptiMad, Intryl, Active HQ (9 entities)
  • Influencer Marketing: Upliftr, Impact, IZEA, Vocal, Community (5 entities)
  • Owned Media / Digital Content:
    • Social Media: Feel The Action, Intryl, Buffer, Sprout Social, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram (9 entities)
    • Website & Blog: Sprout Social, Countable, Engaging Networks, Red2Blue, Weebly, Medium, Universe (7 entities)
    • Email & Direct Messaging: SendGrid, Chatfuel, BritVerify, Front, Mailchimp, NGP VAN, Validity, MailMonitor, Slaask, Engaging Networks, Action Network (11 entities)
Now, summing these up:
  • Creative Asset Development: 9
  • Message Development: 5
  • Paid Media (TV Targeting + Digital Ad Targeting + TV Buying): 4 + 6 + 2 = 12
  • Content Testing & Optimization: 9
  • Influencer Marketing: 5
  • Owned Media / Digital Content (Social Media + Website & Blog + Email & Direct Messaging): 9 + 7 + 11 = 27
Total entities = 9 + 5 + 12 + 9 + 5 + 27 = 67 entities
However, some entities like Swayable, Avalanche, Grow Progress, and others appear in multiple categories. To avoid double-counting, I’ll identify duplicates:
  • Swayable: Appears in Message Development, Digital Ad Targeting, Content Testing & Optimization (counted 3 times, should be 1)
  • Avalanche: Appears in Message Development and TV Targeting (counted 2 times, should be 1)
  • Grow Progress: Appears in Message Development and Content Testing & Optimization (counted 2 times, should be 1)
  • Intryl: Appears in Content Testing & Optimization and Social Media (counted 2 times, should be 1)
  • Engaging Networks: Appears in Website & Blog and Email & Direct Messaging (counted 2 times, should be 1)
  • NGP VAN: Appears in Digital Ad Targeting and Email & Direct Messaging (counted 2 times, should be 1)
Total duplicates: Swayable (2 extra), Avalanche (1 extra), Grow Progress (1 extra), Intryl (1 extra), Engaging Networks (1 extra), NGP VAN (1 extra) = 7 duplicates.
Adjusted total = 67 – 7 = 60 unique entities.
Thus, the number of unique entities listed in this section of the report is 60. Note that this is only for the “Messaging & Media” section; the full report may contain more entities across other categories. If you have additional sections or the full PDF, I can help refine the count further!

Next we asked how many of these firms are connected to George Soros or USAID. Here is the answer from GROC:

Step 6: Final Count

Based on the analysis, 7 entities (NGP VAN, DSPolitical, The Analyst Institute, 270 Strategies, Grow Progress, Engaging Networks, Action Network) are likely connected to George Soros through their work with progressive groups that OSF [Open Society Foundations] often funds. No direct USAID connections are confirmed for any of the 60 entities.

Final Answer: 7 entities are likely connected to George Soros. None are directly connected to USAID based on the available information.
