Admittance to our Online Events
Admittance to any of our online events requires pre-registration. You must sign up using your real first and last name. Using a pseudonym or name not recognized by the Cause of America team will result in being denied access. Guests are welcome if they provide reference to how or from whom they received the event invite. Impersonation is not permitted. Email info@causeofamerica.org if you have trouble registering, logging in, or have been denied access to the event.
Members of the Media: Members of the media may attend the online event if they pre-register at least 24 hours in advance. Registrations for members of the media will be reviewed by the Cause of America team prior to acceptance of the registration request.
Privacy Notice
Online events are typically recorded, including audio, video, and screen sharing. Your attendance in an online event hosted by Cause of America may result in your name, likeness, voice, screen, or chat messages appearing on the recording. By joining an online event, you consent to being recorded. To opt out of being recorded, do not join the online event or leave when the moderator announces that recording has started.
Copyright, trademark, defamation, right of publicity
The recording of the event is the property of Cause of America and the Lindell Offense Fund. Content presented by speakers, including their trademarks, remains their sole property.
Unauthorized recordings: Attendees are prohibited from making their own recordings of the online event or sharing the Cause of America recording, whether audio, video, or transcripts, in whole or in part, without the express permission from Cause of America or the Lindell Offense Fund.
Attendees, including members of the media, may not use other attendees’ or presenters’ private information without their express permission, or threaten to do so, or try to get others to do so.
Disclosure
The purpose of the online event is informational and educational. The recorded data will be retained by Cause of America and stored on a site not accessible to the public. A link to the recording will only be shared upon request to persons known by the Cause of America team (send an email to info@causeofamerica.org to request a link to the recording).
Cause of America and Lindell Offense Fund reserve the right to retain the recording for an indefinite period or, alternatively, destroy the recording without notice.
