Top Michigan media outlets, like the Detroit News and Free Press have done a grave injustice to the country by enabling Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s efforts to bury one of the most thoroughly documented investigations into organized election fraud in recent American history. Not only did members of the media downplay the statewide probe into GBI Strategies—launched just one month before the November 2020 election in Michigan—but they made no serious effort to examine or expose the full scope of the scheme or the number of cities and municipalities whose elections may have been compromised by the injection of an unknown volume of fraudulent registrations onto Michigan’s voter rolls.

Prior to the 2020 election, Michigan clerks were furious with Jocelyn Benson for telling them to IGNORE signature matching on absentee envelopes, in violation of election law. Not only was Jocelyn Benson breaking the law with her “guidance” to the clerks, but at the same time, she was hiding the largest investigation into voter registration fraud in the state’s history from the clerks tasked with ensuring the integrity of the election.
Although the report shows Ann Meisch contacted the Muskegon Police Department on October 16, 2020, we have evidence she appears to have known about the fraudulent voter registratons as early as October 5, when she shared an image on a private Michigan Clerk’s Facebook page we were given access to following our exclusive report on the GBI Strategies/Empower Michigan bombshell investigation.

How The Investigation Began
From the October 26, 2020, Michigan State Police report:
On 10/16/20 Muskegon City Clerk Ann Meisch and Deputy Clerk Kimberly Young contacted the Muskegon Police Department after noticing irregularities in voter registration applications received both in person and by mail.
Meisch received a small quantity and then larger quantities of voter registration applications by mail from a female later identified as [REDACTED]. It was found that [REDACTED] was working for a company called GBI Strategies who also went by the name Empower Michigan. [“EM”]
Meisch stated that in her opinion a quantity of the voter registration forms were highly suspicious and possibly fraudulent. Meisch’s opinion was based on the fact that numerous forms appeared to have been completed by the same writer and upon initial examination addresses on multiple forms were invalid or non-existent. Meisch investigated further and found that phone numbers on multiple forms were erroneous and signatures on multiple forms didn’t appear to match signatures on file with the Department of Secretary of State. Examples included an address in the 7000 block of Pine St and another in the 600 black of Maffett St. Those addresses do not exist in the Muskegon City house numbering system. Another form listed 80 W. Southern Ave which is the address for Muskegon High School and is clearly not a residence.
Meisch found that all the suspected fraudulent applications came from a mailing address “EM” at two locations (24225 W. 9 Mile Rd in Southfield, MI) and (917 N. Opdyke, Auburn Hills, MI). Meisch stated some of the initial forms were dropped off on 10/8/20 by a black female who identified herself as [REDACTED] stated she was employed by Empower Michigan / GBI Strategies. working to register voters and help registered voters obtain absentee ballots.
Meisch told Officers that [REDACTED] appeared reluctant to talk about specifics regarding the company and stated she would have to talk to her supervisor before answering any additional questions. Meisch estimated that “EM” had delivered between 8,000-10,000 voter registration forms to the Muskegon City Clerk’s office. Meisch turned over 42 suspected fraudulent applications to Officer Foster for examination.
On 10/20/20 (deadline day for in-person voter registration applications) returned to the Muskegon City Clerk’s office to deliver additional registration forms in person. Meisch estimated that brought an additional 2500 forms. Meisch contacted the Muskegon Police Department and Detective Logan Anderson and Captain Shawn Bride conducted a non-custodial interview with initially provided a fictitious date of birth. It was discovered that had a misdemeanor warrant issued by the Madison Heights Police Department that was beyond pickup range. [REDACTED] told Detectives she worked for GBI Strategies and is employed by owner Gary Bell. [REDACTED] said she was hired in Michigan in August of 2020 and is paid $1150 per week to find un-registered voters and provide them with a form so they can get registered to vote or obtain their absentee ballot. [REDACTED] stated she has worked in different areas of Michigan and is provided a rental car and lodged in local hotels.[REDACTED] initially told investigators that “canvassers” are paid for each form that is completed but later stated that they were paid hourly no matter how many forms were turned in.
[REDACTED] stated that “canvassers” are paid through a reloadable “pay card”. stated that GBI has done work in Muskegon, Detroit, Ypsilanti, Southfield, Flint and Lansing.
The Michigan State Police raided the GBI Strategies/Empower Michigan headquarters in Southfield, Michigan and what they found tells a much different story than local journalists like Detroit News state politics reporter Craig Mauger, who simply took a statement from the press secretary for Michigan’s highly partisan Democrat Attorney General Dana Nessel, who seriously downplayed the statewide investigation. He never reported that he asked anyone from Michigan Secretrary of State Jocelyn Benson’s office for a statement on the investigation, despite both of them having investigators working on the case. Why?
Why did the Detroit News help Democrat Attorney General Dana Nessel minimize the impact GBI Strategies statewide operation had on the effect of the 2020 election in Michigan? Why did Craig Mauger not ask for a statement from Jocelyn Benson, who is now the Democratic Party candidate for Michigan Governor?
Using phrases like, “attempted fraud,” and claiming without any evidence, that the fraud was “caught” and “applicants were not added to the state’s voter rolls” because “Michigan’s election system worked,” are ridiculous on their face, as there is absolutely NO proof of these bold claims. The “througough investigation” Wimmer refers to was actually taken over by the FBI upon the request of Dana Nessel, who very likely didn’t want to have to tell Michigan’s voters about the statewide operation, which would have cast even more doubt on an already tainted election.

Once again, the Gateway Pundit is Bringing The Receipts To Prove Everything You’ve Been Told By Democrat Leadership and Their Allies In The Media Was a Lie
Through a FOIA request, Independent Election Integrity Activist Yehuda Miller was able to obtain documents from the USPS that confirm that the GBI Strategies/Empower Michigan fraudulent voter registration scheme wasn’t limited to Muskegon. According to USPS receipts, the Democrat-funded GBI Strategies sent a minimum of 104 packages to at least 9 cities across Michigan. The USPS receipts show the packages were sent to 68 different cities across Michigan, including large cities like Detroit, Benton Harbor, Flint, Southfield, Ypsilanti, Muskegon, Grand Rapids, Holland and Inkster.

Internal GBI Strategies official documents and handwritten notes by staff were included in the FOIA fulfillment that show the location of multiple small, medium-sized and large cities across Michigan:

The documents show that over 22 cities received two, three, or more different shipments; Flint received 4. These shipments were date-staggered to the clerk offices to help disguise their activity.
Some cities were sent so many applications that GBI had to use the Medium Flat Rate boxes, which are 6” tall. (About 1,400 pages would fit in a box of that size.)
GBI appears to have feared dropping off their fraudulent voter registration forms in person.
The majority of these 68 City Clerk locations are not far from their offices, or where their field staff operated.
These packages from “EM” included the return address of 917 N Opdyke Rd. This is a Staybridge Suites extended-stay hotel. GBI staff would certainly check out of that hotel before election day. TGP reported GBI was operating out of at least a dozen hotels, using them as office hubs, from Iowa to Florida.
The actual office of Empower Michigan was at 24255 W 9 Mile Rd. in Southfield. This is the location raided by the MI State police in late October.

Top Democrats including then-US Senate candidate Gary Peters and Presidential candidate Joe Biden were paying GBI Strategies for their “work” to register voters in Michigan for the 2020 election.
Both Democrat candidates had a miraculous come-from behind “victory” on the day after Election Day.

Shortly after we broke the story about the hidden GBI Strategies/Empower Michigan investigation, a whistleblower contacted us and provided us with access to a Michigan clerk’s Facebook page where we discovered that GBI was actually sending fake registrations across the state of Michigan.
This post by Muskegon Clerk Ann Meisch asks her fellow clerks on October 5, 2020, if they were also receiving packages of fraudulent registrations. She included images of non-cursive signatures and stacks of registrations sitting on top of an opened priority mail box in her post.

As clerks across the state of Michigan became aware that this was a statewide operation was taking place, they began sharing their stories of similar boxes and packages with fake registrations on their private Michigan clerk’s Facebook page.
Comments like “all of them have last 4 [social security numbers], no driver’s license number appeared on several posts. While Meisch talked about sorting through approximately “1100 registrations” from GBI, other clerks reported the “exact same signature,” on the packages they received from GBI.

Another clerk wrote about registered voters they called who admitted to incorrectly filing out forms because “pushy canvassers” made them uncomfortable and they felt “obligated to fill out the forms,” so they filled them out in other someone else’s name “just to get the canvasser away from them without giving them real info!”

Another clerk reported that she received 12 new voter registrations from the same “place,” and they were signed with an “X.” The clerk said they had No ID and had the “same out of town mailing address for each.” She claimed they made her “suspicious,” but apparently not suspicious enough to turn them over to law enforcement!

Finally, another clerk said she received the GBI Strategies fake registrations “through priority mail,” adding, “Some with no name filled out, some with ss#, no driver’s license,” and “some registered already.’
The key suspect in the GBI Strategies case that was caught dropping off thousands of registrations in Muskegon, had a warrant out for her arrest. She was picked up by the Michigan State Police, who were following her, and interrogated by Stephen Morse, and investigator working for Michigan Attorney Dana Nessel. In the course of the interrogations, both the suspect and Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel’s investigator can be heard confirming that there is NO WAY clerks in large cities are able to identify the fraudulent registrations that now- Sentator Gary Peters and President Biden’s campaigns were funding.
MI AG Investigator to key GBI Strategies suspect: “In these bigger cities [like Detroit] I don’t know that they’re doing it.” (checking for fake registrations).
Suspect: “I know that they’re not! They can’t be doing it in Detroit! They can’t! They’re not!”

Several of the MI Clerks began to chat in their Facebook group. TGP recently revealed several actual conversations they were having, thanks to a whistleblower.
“Looks like the same person wrote the address label on mine,” wrote one clerk. They then ask, “Who do we report this to?” Unfortunately, no one in the Clerk Facebook group suggested contacting the police or FBI.
You can read more about those MI Clerk messages in this recent TGP article. We should note these 102 shipments are only those listed in the documents below. GBI most certainly shipped more.
On July 17, in his address to the nation, President Trump tasked the US Department of Justice to reopen the fraudulent voter registration investigation. While he didn’t specifically name GBI Strategies, he did mention my exclusive reporting on the statewide investgation that began in Muskegon, MI and quickly spread across the entire state.

The Gateway Pundit, who broke this story, has not yet been contacted by the FBI or DOJ to help with any of the details of our investigation that first brought this statewide voter fraud investigation out of the darkness and into the light for the public to see.
