Fulton County “Show Me the Ballots” Court Video Hearing Set

What:                   A hearing will be held regarding the Fulton County Clerk’s failure to fulfill 2024 Open Records Requests filed by Garland Favorito to obtain a copy of Fulton County 2020 election ballots. The ballots were unsealed by court order in 2021, the 2-year sealing requirement expired in 2022 and the Georgia General Assembly passed legislation to make ballots public in 2024.
