They All Knew It Was a Lie. They Ran It Anyway.

The newly released Durham Annex, declassified by Senator Grassley, confirms everything we suspected. The Trump-Russia narrative wasn’t an honest mistake. It wasn’t an intel failure. It was a coordinated political operation.

They didn’t get it wrong. They rigged it from the start.

It Started With Clinton

We now have confirmation that Hillary Clinton personally approved the plan to smear Trump with fabricated ties to Russian intelligence. On July 26, 2016, the campaign authorized an operation proposed by Julianne Smith, previously serving as Biden’s ambassador to NATO. The plan was simple: shift public attention from Clinton’s email scandal to a new fabricated crisis involving Trump and Russia. The memo states this move would force the Obama administration into a more aggressive stance against Moscow, helping Clinton politically.

Page 9 of the annex lays this out in plain language. The talking points were drafted before any intelligence was verified. The Clinton team knew what they were doing and they knew the FBI and media would take the bait.

CrowdStrike and the Manufactured Narrative

CrowdStrike and ThreatConnect were named specifically in the annex as groups that would “supply the media” with the technical backing for the false story. These were not impartial investigators. CrowdStrike had ties to the Atlantic Council and other Soros-backed organizations. They were chosen because they would say what needed to be said.

Page 9 contains an email from Leonard Benardo at Open Society Foundations. It shows coordination between think tank insiders and campaign operatives. He says, “Julie says it will be a long-term affair to demonize Putin and Trump… later the FBI will put more oil into the fire.” That’s not an assessment. That’s a plan.

By page 10, the annex references how this operation was designed to exploit “any clumsy GRU propaganda” to justify aggressive U.S. action toward Russia. The media was the vehicle. CrowdStrike was the tool. The truth was irrelevant.

The DNC Hack and the Unspoken Name

We were told Russia hacked the DNC and gave the files to WikiLeaks. The FBI never examined the servers. They relied entirely on CrowdStrike’s report. That report was never independently verified. It was passed along to the media and accepted as fact.

But the annex shows there was doubt even then. Officials knew this narrative was being fabricated.

And right in the middle of it all was a DNC staffer named Seth Rich. He was murdered on July 10, 2016, just before the email leaks began. Police called it a robbery. His wallet and phone were untouched.

We were supposed to believe a foreign government hacked the DNC to help Trump. We were not supposed to ask why a staffer with access to the emails turned up dead and why the FBI ignored every red flag around CrowdStrike’s story.

The FBI Was Briefed and Still Ran With It

The annex includes summaries from CIA and FBI meetings in early August 2016. The report references a CIA brief to President Obama, Joe Biden, James Clapper, James Comey, and Susan Rice. They were told directly about the “Clinton campaign plan” to vilify Trump by falsely tying him to Russian activities.

The report outlines the FBI’s internal referral that the entire plan might be a disinformation campaign cooked up by Clinton’s team. They ignored it. Instead of investigating her, they opened Crossfire Hurricane on Trump.

They did not fall for bad intel. They used it knowingly.

The Echo Chamber Was Engineered

The annex shows that the campaign, media, and intelligence community were in sync. Emails referenced describe efforts to flood the media with anti-Trump material using talking points designed to appear technical and credible. Even the GRU was expected to “participate” by accident, giving them more material to twist.

This was not just an election dirty trick. It was election interference using the most powerful tools of government and media against a political outsider.

Operation Structure, Motive, and Leverage

Later, the organizational and strategic layers behind the Trump-Russia narrative push are exposed. It confirms that several NGOs, think tanks, and “media influencers” were part of a coordinated plan to shape public perception. Specifically:

It reiterates that Open Society Foundations, Atlantic Council, and other Soros-aligned groups were not just observers, but participants.

These entities were described as having “coordinated agendas” with Clinton-aligned campaign officials.

One line specifically mentions using “cybersecurity front groups” to lend technical legitimacy to a story that, behind closed doors, had no verifiable evidence.

Importantly, the report connects this activity to domestic psychological operations, with a reference to creating “cascading influence effects” by launching stories from NGO blogs and think tank papers, which would then be echoed by legacy media outlets. This is classic echo chamber warfare.

It also briefly acknowledges that some in the CIA and NSA had raised flags about the “thin sourcing” of the data being used to justify these claims. But their warnings were ignored.

Early Internal Doubts and Suppressed Analysis

Page 17 shifts back to internal assessments within the FBI and ODNI during the fall of 2016. This page includes summaries from analysts who reviewed the incoming intel—some of which was hearsay, some of which was third-hand reporting recycled from Clinton campaign memos.

Perhaps most damningly, there’s a short notation that a senior DOJ official described this as a “contain-and-confirm strategy”—meaning they knew the story couldn’t be proven, so the goal became preventing the truth from leaking while using media leaks to “confirm” the narrative with the public.

What They Buried

The Durham Annex connects every dot they told us not to look at. Clinton approved the op. The FBI was warned. The media colluded. CrowdStrike cooked the narrative. And someone who might have known too much was murdered in the middle of it all.

They told us Russia interfered in our election.

What the annex shows is that the Clinton campaign, the FBI, and the media interfered.

And they did it with full awareness and zero accountability.

If you’re tired of being lied to, subscribe.

I dig through the blacked-out pages and footnotes to expose what they buried.

We remember what they want you to forget.
