Jefferson Davis has helped those wanting to save the great state of Wisconsin for over five years. Here is another update from Jefferson.
County GOP Executive Committees, Individual GOP Members, Patriot Groups, Affiliates, Freedom Alliances, Talk Radio Hosts, Non-Profits, Podcasters, Social Media, and Ad-Hoc Committee Members:
Today’s election integrity (EI) update will focus on a critical EI Court Appearance (12-15-25 Madison) for one of Wisconsin’s strongest EI Supporters in Attorney Jim Troupis.
We hope you will clear your schedules to attend this court appearance in support of Attorney Jim Troupis.
Thank you to our Dane County EI Supporters for keeping us updated on this unfortunate ongoing and completely unnecessary saga.
Government Lawfare and Government Weaponization on Full Display
There will be a Preliminary Hearing regarding what appears to be government lawfare and government weaponization for an illegitimate case against three individuals affiliated with President Trump’s 2020 Re-Election Campaign in Wisconsin as follows:
Who: Dane County Circuit Court Judge John Hyland.
What: Motion by 3 defendants to postpone Hearing, filing of judicial misconduct and transfer request of Case by defendants to a different County.
When: Monday, December 15th, 9:00 A.M., Room 7107.
Where: Dane County Courthouse, 215 S. Hamilton St., Madison.
Why: Preliminary Hearing.
The previous Presidential Administration (2021-25), Wisconsin’s Governor and AG Offices appear to be using the full force of government at every level to apparently punish, silence, and bankrupt any individuals, groups or organizations that simply dared to ask for a cursory review of the 2020 Presidential Election before the election results were certified for Electors to consider casting their vote(s).
The 2020 Presidential Election in Wisconsin was reported to have been decided by 20,682 ballots.
Mountains of actuarial evidence and or analysis have been accumulated from the Legislative Audit Bureau, the Speaker’s Office, the Director of Elections in Wisconsin, True the Vote, Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty, and countless Legislative Hearings that would lend a strong hand to the validity of the questionable legal certification of Wisconsin’s 10 Electoral College Votes in December of 2020.
Attorney Jim Troupis was one of three legal associates/advisors of President Trump’s Campaign (Attorney Kenneth Chesebro and Mike Roman) that were sued (11 felonies) by the democrat-controlled AG Office in 2024, 4 years after the 2020 Presidential Election, (click here – Wisconsin AG Kaul files felony charges against Trump associates in fake elector scheme • Wisconsin Examiner) for allegedly committing forgery in an attempt to defraud Wisconsin’s 10 Republican Electors for submitting false paperwork claiming President Trump won the 2020 Election, which has caused extreme personal, professional, financial, and political hardship.
AG Kaul was intimately familiar with the fact that Attorney Troupis was going to consider all legal options with alternate electors, and the Wisconsin Elections Commission actually dismissed complaints from the liberal Law Forward organization shortly after the 2020 Presidential Election (click here – Court Filings Call For End Of Leftist Wisconsin AG’s Witch Hunt).
Giving Presidential Electors all legal options after Presidential Elections is very common and especially significant when it involved the Presidential Election of 1960 when democrats approved alternate Electors due to what they believed was election fraud that affected the outcome of the election and ultimately led to Hawaii’s 3 Electors being switched from Republican Candidate Vice-President Nixon to democrat challenger US Senator Kennedy (click here – How Kennedy Won Hawaii).
US Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin) has weighed in on the judicial misconduct concern involving this Case and is asking for an immediate investigation into this matter of government lawfare and government weaponization (click here – https://www.weau.com/2025/12/12/sen-johnson-requests-justice-department-review-allegations-judicial-misconduct-wisconsin-case-involving-former-trump-lawyer/).
One has to go pretty deep into the woods to trip US Senator Johnson’s wire.
Action Plan
Please do everything you can to attend Mondays’ Hearing for Attorney Troupis and others while at the same time forwarding this EI update to all of your contacts.
