Professor Clements discusses his efforts over the past few years. What happened? Was it worth it?
The following is David’s biography presented at the “Vindicated” event this past weekend in Las Vegas.
David Clements is former “Prosecutor of the Year,” who helped secure 8 first-degree murder convictions, and played a part in dismantling the ‘AZ Boys” drug trafficking organization while overseeing 6 law enforcement agencies in New Mexico. From a double homicide committed by a marine claiming legal insanity, to a brutal gang murder that went all the way to the New Mexico Supreme Court — David has handled cases at the highest levels.
As a leading voice in election integrity, David has delivered over 300 evidentiary presentations across 49 states, exposing fraud in the 2020, 2022, and 2024 elections. He has overseen forensic audits, and co- authored a comprehensive vulnerability assessment of election systems, contributing to the removal of fraud-prone infrastructure. This prompted a weaponized DOJ and press, along with a corrupt Bar Association to go after him.
The public scrutiny resulted in death threats against his family. Six complaints and successive investigations were commenced to strip David of his law license. David represented himself, and in the process won against every single one of his accusers.”
